Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have taken fewer than 2 full practice tests. Email support@kiwico.online with the email you used to buy.

A full practice test is a 35-question test that you finished or that ran out of time.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in addition to this policy. For example, if the app doesn't work as it should, you may be entitled to a remedy even after 7 days.

How refunds are processed

We refund the full amount to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe.
It usually shows on your statement within 5–10 business days.
When the refund is made, the unused tests from that purchase are removed from your account.

Bought twice by mistake?

Buying again adds another 10 tests to your account. If you didn't mean to, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the second payment and remove its tests.

No GST charged — we are not GST registered.
