Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use GiveWayGo, a service run by a New Zealand sole trader. Contact us at support@kiwico.online.
What you buy
- One payment gives you 10 full practice tests in the GiveWayGo web app. Each test has 35 questions and is timed like the real test.
- A test is used when you start it. A test you leave or that runs out of time still counts as used. Tests don't expire, and your dashboard and the review of past tests stay available after you've used them all.
- It is for your own personal use: one account per person. Please don't share your login.
- The price is shown at checkout. It is a one-off payment; nothing renews automatically. To get more tests, buy again with the same email address: the new tests are added to your account and your progress carries over.
No GST charged — we are not GST registered.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Your access is emailed straight after payment: see delivery.
An unofficial practice tool
GiveWayGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or produced by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. The questions are for practice and may differ from the questions in the real theory test. We work to keep them accurate, but always check the official NZ Road Code.
We can't guarantee you a pass in the real theory test. Practice results, scores and the readiness signal are a guide only.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk copy, download or republish the questions or pictures.
- Don't use bots, scripts or other automated tools to access the app.
- Don't try to get around the app's security or access other people's accounts.
- Don't resell or share your access.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies, and changes won't shorten access you have already paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using GiveWayGo at any time.
Refunds and your consumer rights
See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which can't be excluded.
New Zealand law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
